Single-family residential 1-4 UNITS

Non-Owner Occupied

Investment purpose: Acquisition, Cash-Out, Refinance or Rehab up to 100% financing

-Rental Investment Properties 

Loan Terms: 6-24 months

Interest rates as low as 8%

Origination points: 0-5

Loan Parameters: based on the property

 Loans are for non-owner occupied investment properties only, and must be made through a borrower entity.

The criteria outlined here is based exclusively on the state in which the collateral property is located, not the state the borrower is in. In other words, you can borrow for a deal in any "orange" state, even if the borrower/entity is doing the deal remotely from a "grey state" or a "blue state."
